  • Low-alkaline properties - 7.5 ph safe for surfaces will not damage/corrode stainless steel, plastic or concrete
  • True residual properties - it's an oxidizer with a one step/no rinse application, continuing to work after it dries (unlike quaternary ammonia compounds which have residual acitivity and adheres to surfaces, but requires rinsing after application due to its toxic nature).
